Campaign Activation Manager
Role purpose:
- Build strategic network and have collaboration acumen to collect market intelligence information, trust in and outside of the company in order to be a key asset to the commercial team on the forecast and negotiating part.
- Share, Support, Monitor and Track the customer marketing strategies implementation (campaign plans) at National level optimizing the value capture while satisfying the customer needs for the responsible crops.
- The Campaign Activation Manager is fully in charge of his/her campaign calendar for his/her crop portfolio and associated key account farmers portfolio.
- Work closely with KAM/CUSTOMER ADVISORY REP and Market Development team for your respective crop portfolio, to develop together campaign planning (crops and customers), to maximize sales and profitability, at growers, channel partners level and others.
- Actively contribute to the distributor campaign action plan discussion, implementation and tracking with the KAM/Customer Advisory Reps.
- Support and transmit new business opportunities, into NEWPORT system, detected in the field, acting as key marketing contact through implementation in the region.
- Innovation rate and KPI’s (TO, IGM, P&I, FA and market share)
- Ensure availability and implementation of effective marketing campaigns at the country level
- Ensure Communication and marketing tools implementation with KAM/Customer Advisory Reps
- Comply with laws, regulations and good business practice

- University degree preferably Agronomist with Crop protection experience
- Good knowledge of the market
- 3-5 years of experience in an agri-multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing management tools (surveys, mix matrix, SWOT, marketing mix, customer & market segmentation)
- Capability to work in cross-functional teams, organization, rigor, reactivity and autonomy
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point…)

Total Rewards (TR) Expert North & West-Central Africa
Role Purpose:
Ensures TR coordination and governance within the country cluster on the wide range of Total Rewards policies, processes and delivery framework. Acts as linking pin between the Regional TR Lead EMEA and the local HR communities in the country cluster for TR topics. Acts as first point of contact for all TR related topics within the country cluster. Within the country cluster incumbent supports the local management in the resolution of local TR issues, in the interaction with appropriate employee representatives and collaborates with HRBPs and local HR operations as appropriate and necessary to assure a sound local HR service delivery. Leads or contributes in projects related to the Total Rewards field.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- This role provides ongoing Total Rewards expertise, guidance, and support to the local HR communities in the country cluster.
- Job holder is familiar both with Bayer standard relevant TR processes and the local needs, demands and specificities.
- Implementation, coordination and governance of all country cluster compensation and benefit policies and processes, both local and global, to ensure a market competitive remuneration package based on business needs.
- Support of the HR Cross-border workforce team regarding managing expatriate remuneration, benefits and terms and conditions wherever appropriate in the country clusters.
- Analysing, understanding & overseeing the Total Rewards landscape in the country clusters.
- Engages in and drives regional TR activities beyond the own country cluster, to increase overall efficiency and support in the EMEA region.
- Contributes to TR projects and programs or leads parts of TR projects and programs.
- Acts as focal point for internal audits and appropriate local regulatory authorities within the country cluster.
- Supports M&A processes and steers harmonization of Total Rewards plans & procedures.
- Drives agile ways of working in his/her area of responsibility.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in TR
- Graduate university degree
- Extensive knowledge of North Africa and West Central African markets
- Strong and proven TR knowledge as well as project- & change management skills, with understanding of the competitive and future-looking landscape in her/his field.
- Successfully dealing with ambiguity & complexity to deliver results in projects with cross-functional & multicultural teams.
- Demonstrating strong collaborative skills and behavior: connecting, co-creating, inspiring, driving and engaging others
