We are looking for our new HR Coordinator for our Salé Tech Center (Engineering R&D facility) to take on all HR matters of the site.

Missions: (but may not be limited to)
Training
- Identifies and analyzes training needs
- Detect, collect and analyze the training needs of employees
- Ensure the application of training procedures and prepare the administrative file to be submitted to private and state professional partners.
- Check and update the training modules in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Ensure and follow integration and recycling training.
- Prepare the monthly social training report.
- Ensure and participate in framing meetings between the training partner and the person in charge of requesting training on predefined training
- Oversees the planning and organization of internal and external training (calendar, constitution groups, organization and logistics
- preparation of training KPI (achievement, deadlines, cost, etc.)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Ensure follow-up training budgets
- Supervise and manage the team of trainers
- Coordinates the planning and the follow up of the integration of all new recruits.
- Training recovery follow up / Individual training development plans follow up
- Manage the logistic: coffee break etc
Development
- Monitoring of job changes and internal promotions.
- Follow the CDD

Recruitment
- Support the recruitment process until the choice of the final candidate and its implementation.

What You Need To Be Successful
- HR management master’s degree
- 9 years of experience in HR
- Experience in service company is a must
- Sense of leadership
Language Skills : Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French.

Missions
- Gérer l’approvisionnement des matériaux qui correspondent aux fournisseurs assignés et qui sont nécessaires pour la fabrication, conformément aux directrices du Chef des Approvisionnements, avec l’objectif d’obtenir dans les livraisons des fournisseurs les niveaux standards de qualité et de service ainsi que les coûts conformes aux objectifs de la société en termes d’Amélioration Continue.
- Il se charge de faire en sorte que la fourniture des matériaux du (des) fournisseur(s) assigné(s) par le Responsable des Approvisionnements soit conforme aux besoins de la fabrication, aux délais prévus.
- Il veille à réaliser le suivi et les démarches nécessaires afin d’assurer les délais de réception du matériel du (des) fournisseur(s) assigné(s), de manière à ce que toute défaillance susceptible de se produire dans la procédure soit portée à la connaissance du Département de Planification, afin de prévenir toute défaillance envers les clients.
- Il est responsable de la gestion et de l’analyse des stocks des matériaux du (des) fournisseur(s) assigné(s).
- Il réalise les simulations et les analyses nécessaires afin de prévoir suffisamment à l’avance les ” ruptures ” de stocks ou la création d’excédents de matériaux du (des) fournisseur(s) assigné(s), en collaboration avec le Département de Planification de l’Usine, et adopte les mesures correctives nécessaires.
- Il est l’interlocuteur du Département de Contrôle de la Qualité, pour les lots de matériel rejetés, et entreprend les démarches opportunes en vue de leur solution.
- Il veille au respect des engagements signés ou convenus par le Département des Achats avec le(s) fournisseur(s) assigné(s) en ce qui concerne l’approvisionnement, et lui communique toute anomalie.

Your Missions
