Aptiv recrute Maintenance & Facility Manager
Leading the Maintenance & Facilities Department in alignment with APTIV CS growth strategy & managing the flawless launch of extension projects.
Maintenance
- Coordinates and validates the scheduling of daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Responsible for budget maintenance activity at the company level and resource efficiency.
- Is responsible for achieving key performance indicators set by the management.
- Maintains and updates the maintenance plan for the plant .
- Participate and evaluate strategies for solving existing & possible maintenance problems.
- Monitor compliance with maintenance regulations for equipment and installation of equipment.
- This position involves tight deadlines and quick response, constant communication with internal and external customers.
- Identifies potential hazards concerning Maintenance interventions during commissioning activities, participates in technical meetings, Plant pre-start up safety audits, performance tests raises punch lists and provide support to operations and maintenance teams in various stages of project activities.
- Participate in establishment & Follow on New Equipment warranty terms.
- Organizing people structure, hiring new people
- Lead maintenance team, training, and follow workers inside of organization.
- Preparing plans for reducing Spare parts ( reduce the cost of spare parts ),
Facilities
- overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including cleaning & Maintenance.
- managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- drafting reports and making written recommendations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive or other high volume production, Engineering and Maintenance;
- Experience at a managerial level in automotive industry;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Good communicator, adaptable and flexible individual, with great attention to details and problem solving skills;
- Fluency in English.
