EHS Analyst
À propos de l’offre d’emploi
- Facilitates risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Works with leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.
- Determines appropriate leading and lagging indicators to track performance against targets and objectives.
- Supports creation of EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity based goals for the leadership team, functional managers, and front-line supervisors to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results.
- Works to assign MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the MESH elements.
- Drives and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout site.
- Creates and facilitates EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
- Works with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.
- Pursues third party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton’s EHS program as world class.
- Uses established EHS data processes such as MESH Suite to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.
- Create training matrices to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to completion
- Autority to forbid any Tasks or Atctivities not in accordances with EHS and legal recuirement
- Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in
place, on a PM program, and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.
- Ensure employees and Material safety
Qualifications
- Bac + 5 Management EHS
- Comprehension of Eaton, industry, state, and country EHS requirements.
- Strong team-building skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Adept at utilization of company-wide system for reporting EHS data and information
- Ability to demonstrate managerial courage (e.g., managing varied interests representing potential conflicts)
- Ability to lead and support cross-functional EHS teams
- Prior experience or education with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training.
- Four (4) year degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or country equivalent where available) -encouraged, or candidate must have willingness to pursue.
- Proficiency in local languages.

As a Supplier Base Manager Energy Transition and digital, you will:
Main Functions
- Design, build and deploy the supplier base management strategy for the “Energy Transition, Digital and Services” division, in compliance with Eaton guidelines.
- In coordination with the corporate commodity manager, analyse current supplier base performance toward supply chain deliveries-, cost-out-, quality- targets and deploy the new suppliers base & strategy accordingly.
- Set up the performance management system, measure and set up corrective actions with suppliers and with the quality leader / commodity manager.
- Work with external and internal suppliers (mainly factories) on leaning the process, providing transparent SiOp and continuously improve.
- Prepare readiness of the suppliers to be audited in order to get external market- and internal Eaton- certifications.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or other technical discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Knowledge in Supplier base management, lean, manufacturing performance
- Deliver results, Influence & convince,
- Fluent English

We are opening a new role of “EMEA Quality Operations leader for Software and Digital”.
The candidate will join a great team and will be in charge of developing the quality plan for our software and digital business and to secure its effective business impact, notably across our various segments (Data centers, Utilities, Buildings…). We ambition to achieve millions $ Sales by 2025. Ultimate goal is to deliver software and digital solutions that meet customers’ expectations and high-quality delivery standards, so that our customers renew and expand their partnership with Eaton.
Main Functions
- Design, build and deploy the Quality Plan for the product line “Software & Digital”, in consistency with the division quality plan.
- Ensure resolution of customers claims with countries teams, and supply chains. Continuously improve resolution capabilities.
- Design and build the software Technical Support capabilities for EMEA.
- Drive quality performance and deliver corrective action plans.
- Be the voice of quality during the design phase of our new software & digital solutions, and secure quality requirements are in place before the launch.
- Lead supplier performance reviews for your product lines and corrective action plan.
- Prepare readiness for the product line to get external market- and internal Eaton- quality certifications.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree required, preferably in Engineering and / or software
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Knowledge in Software Development
- ISO Certification experience
