Industrial Performance Specialist
Job Purpose:
Collects timely production data required for copper and masterbatch overconsumption calculation, verifies data reliability, calculates overconsumption rates according to predefined rules. Analyses results and undertakes a root causes analysis in case of discreapency and proposes accordingly improvement action plan to adjust tools, parameters and methods to close the gap.
Requirements:
-Engineering degree in technical field;
-1-3 years in similar position in industrial.

HR Administration Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Maintains accurate and updated time management activities such as shifts organization, overtime approval, normal working hours scheduling, attendance & absenteeism monitoring, etc. Implements leave management policy: maternity leave, public holidays, vacation, military leave, work accident, etc. Keep HR systems/ Application maintained accurately on timely basis
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in human ressources or business administration;
-3 years in similar position

Logistics Manager
Job purpose:
-Oversees customer forecast reliability analysis. Deals with customers priorities and treats logistics claims.
-Validates production planning following customer’s forecasts and order priorities to meet capacity adequacy and production requirements.
-Supervises scrap collection process per shift from production and rewinding. Supervise scrap inventory management.
Requirements:
4 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
