Communications Specialist

COFICAB is hiring a Communication Specialist
Job Purpose: Leads the Branding of the company within the region. Spreads and promotes Coficab image by enhancing internal and external communication actions and supporting the organization of Coficab events and exhibitions. Develops the communication strategy and contents in line with the corporate communications strategy. Builds and maintains relationships with relevant external stakeholders on a national and regional level. Implements social engagement and CSR culture in the region.
Main responsibilities :
– Develops and deploys the communication strategy of the country in line with corporate communications strategy and with close coordination with the Corporate Communications Manager. Implements the corporate communications projects in the country.
– Develops content for communication support (website, newsletter…). Implements and warrants the correct implementation of the site’s branding and visual identities in the region.
– Coordinates Coficab participation in internal and external events and exhibitions in the region. Supports the organization of internal events by regional HR teams in order to promote the branding and reputation of the company.
– Coordinates the implementation of regional CSR initiatives in line with Coficab Group strategy. Manages projects and selects partners to support social and cultural initiatives within the region..
Educational Background:
– Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications
Required Experience :
– 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Functional and Technical Competencies :
Writing, editing, layout and design, professional printing/publishing, ability to present concepts verbally, events organization and planning, digital media/social media, Project management, reporting skills.
Good level in French & English is mandatory

Purchasing Specialist
COFICAB is hiring a Purchasing Specialist
Job Purpose: Carries out and coordinates indirect local purchasing activities and operations (excluding raw materials), such as sourcing, requisition, purchase order, follow-up of the expedition and receiving, purchasing contracts management, and complaints management in line with company policy in order to meet defined objectives in terms of costs, deadline, quality, and quantities.
Main responsibilities :
– Assures supplier’s Market intelligence in line with coficab’s sourcing strategy (Cost saving, Risk management, Plants requirements, etc.). Conducts supplier’s qualification process, requests for information (RFI), requests for quotations (RFQ), and updates of suppliers’ Master Data.
– Negotiates contract or agreements terms and conditions with local suppliers, prepares or reviews draft versions of contracts or agreements, follows up their validation and signature according to the predefined purchasing authority matrix and approval process. Creates approved contracts on the ERP and archives the original (signed) paper version.
– Reviews purchase requisition (PR) completeness and identify suppliers shortlist to be consulted (Master data). Sends RFQ to suppliers, monitors quotations reception develops and validates the comparative statement, and follows up the final supplier’s selection according to predefined purchasing rules.
– Participates in the supplier’s complaints process in line with the predefined procedure. Defines and follows up the implementation of adequate actions according to an agreement with suppliers.
Educational Background:
– Master’s/ engineering degree (in logistics & supply chain management
Required Experience :
– 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Functional and Technical Competencies :
– Purchasing strategies, purchasing processes, negotiation skills, Survey techniques, Basic accounting and finance, legal norms (contracts), Continuous improvement techniques, QHSE standards, Analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and Risk Management.
Good level in French & English is mandatory
