Retail Manager

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

  • Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
  • Collaborate together and learn from each other
  • Maintain a good relationship between Glovo and our partners through scalable tools/ initiatives and having good partner support.
  • Optimize Glovo visibility in our partners through marketing actions and our marketing kits.
  • Understand motives of inactive partners and churned partners and make plans to improve MoM.
  • Define scalable processes, making sure long tail partners are self-sufficient in using our tools.
  • Draw and execute plans to make the portfolio grow through promos, marketing activations and selling positioning assets
  • Identify new assets to sell to the long tail partners and implement the whole process.
  • Review and propose partner communications, ensuring partner engagement and long-term relationships.
  • Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ.
  • Work on improving Kpis for the long tail partners through comms, tech releases, new features implementation, and different analysis and tests
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.

You Have

  • +3yr experience in fast-paced environments (tech-startups, consulting firms, IT firms, FMCG)
  • Strong business fundamentals, plus you are highly motivated, strategic thinker
  • Obsessed with scalable processes, automation and self-sufficiency
  • Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to look for the root cause of a problem and to solve it based on data
  • Proficient knowledge of local language and English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude

Strategic Account Manager

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partners meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) .
  • Ensure that Glovo has the best content by signing exclusivities with partners.
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue through contract conditions and selling assets.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You Have

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in high-performance account management or Business Consultancy.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus.
  • Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel.
  • Excellent Local Language and English skills.
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
